TMP-9246 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a software subscription agreement for the purposes of contract and prevailing wage compliance for a term of one (1) year with options for four (4) one-year renewals; authorizing the General Fund expenditure in an amount not to exceed $110,000 per year subject to annual appropriation; and declaring an emergency.
