O-474-23 Authorizing the Department of Public Utilities to apply for, accept, and enter into a cooperative agreement between the City of Toledo and the Ohio Water Development Authority for the refinancing of the outstanding principal balance of the City's Sewerage System Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2013, issued in the original principal amount of $13,620,000, the proceeds of which were used for the purpose of refunding prior bonds of the City issued for the purposes of paying costs of various capital improvements to the City's sewer supply, storage and distribution system, and declaring an emergency.
