R-508-23 Declaring the intent to vacate a 15-foot Alley lying between and adjacent to the following Lots within the Heffner's Addition to the City of Toledo. All that portion of a 15-foot alley running East and West and fully adjacent to the northerly lot line of Lot Number 179 and along the southerly lot line of the easterly 24.5 feet of Lot 116 and Lots 117 thru 119 completely within said Heffner's Addition; all within the City of Toledo, Lucas County Ohio; and declaring an emergency.
