O-477-23 Authorizing the Mayor to execute one (1) year contracts with the option for two one (1) year extensions for the purpose of providing as needed services to correct unforeseen problems in the sewage collection system and at the Bay View Water Reclamation Facility for the City of Toledo; authorizing the expenditure of $500,000 from the Sewer Operating Fund; and declaring an emergency.
