O-469-23 Authorizing the Mayor to accept and deposit a $201,812.03 grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security FEMA AFG; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of the same for the purchase of seven LUCAS 3, Automatic Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation Devices, related equipment, and services; authorizing the General Fund expenditure of $20,181.21 for said purchase; authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts for said purchases; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
