O-468-23 Authorizing the Mayor to accept an ARPA First Responder Retention Grant from the Ohio Emergency Management Agency in an amount not to exceed $2,208,000 for the City of Toledo, Department of Fire & Rescue Operations; authorizing the deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of said amount from the Operation Grants Fund; and declaring an emergency.
