TMP-8961 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a three-year towing management agreement; authorizing the Municipal Tow Lot expenditure of an amount not to exceed $211,500 for year one, $190,575 for year two and $200,103.75 for year three; subject to future appropriations; further authorizing the Mayor to accept and deposit $30,000 from the Lucas County Sheriff's Office for initial year start-up costs; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of same for start-up costs; and declaring an emergency.
