TMP-8496 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Detwiler Ditch Stream Restoration grant agreement with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as granted through the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative; authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds in the amount of $1,000,000 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant proceeds for the Detwiler Ditch Stream Restoration project; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and execute necessary contracts for completion of said project; and declaring an emergency.
