O-599-22 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended grant agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and to accept and deposit additional grant proceeds into the Operation Grant Fund in the amount of $150,000 for additional ambient air monitoring equipment; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said funds; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of equipment, supplies and other necessary items to carry out the terms of the amended grants; and declaring an emergency.
