O-407-22 Authorizing the mayor to execute all necessary grant award documents with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) Grant; authorizing the mayor to accept and deposit grant proceeds in the amount of $600,000 into the Operation Grants Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of said grant proceeds for the Schneider Park Green Infrastructure project; authorizing the mayor to accept bids and execute necessary contracts to administer the grants; and declaring an emergency.
