O-620-21 Authorizing the Mayor to accept, deposit, appropriate and expend the HOME Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (HOME-ARP) Grant in the amount of $395,046.60 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the purpose of funding the HOME-ARP Program; and declaring an emergency.
