O-618-21 Authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $154,500 from the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for the City's contribution to premium pay for front line workers of the Toledo-Lucas County Health Department for their service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic; authorizing the Mayor to enter into needed agreements to effectuate the contribution; and declaring an emergency.
