TMP-6676 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into Independent Contractor agreements with retired Toledo Police Officers for the purpose of conducting Toledo Fire and Rescue employment background investigations for a period of three years; authorizing the General Fund expenditure of an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 over the term of the agreements subject to future appropriations; waiving the competitive procurement requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
