O-438-21 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the Village of Ottawa Hills, Ohio (Village) for the purchase of decorative traffic signal poles/mast arms and pedestals at the intersection of Bancroft, Indian & Secor; authorizing the acceptance, deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of $43,163.60 from the Capital Improvement Fund for related material costs to be incurred by the city associated with these traffic signal upgrades; and declaring an emergency.
