O-433-21 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a 3-year agreement with Aquatic Informatics for Linko web-based software in a total amount not to exceed $35,326 for the purpose of licensing updated software necessary for tracking and monitoring necessary permit information for industrial pretreatment facilities; authorizing the waiver of TMC Ch. 187 competitive bidding requirements; authorizing the expenditure of funds over the term of the agreement from the Water Operating Fund and Sewer Operating Fund; and declaring an emergency.
