TMP-6197 Submitting to the Toledo City Plan Commission a requirement of an automatic annual review of any Special Use Permit for three years following the passage of the ordinance granting the permit; also requiring an automatic review of all Special Use Permits involved in Court action by the city; authorizing a public hearing on said text amendment and publication of said hearing; and declaring an emergency.
