O-189-21 Authorizing the mayor to enter into a contract for the collection, packaging, transportation, and recycling or disposal of Household Hazardous/Non-Hazardous Waste collected from fifteen (15) Engage Toledo Drop-Off Refuse & Recycling Events; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $10,000 from the Sewer Operating Fund, an amount not to exceed $20,000 from the Storm Water Operating Fund, and an amount not to exceed $30,000 from the Nuisance Abatement Expendable Trust Fund for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
