O-156-21 Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Successor Memorandum of Understanding with the Lucas Land Reutilization Corporation for the purposes of the continued provision of residential demolition services and other matters between the City and the Land Bank involving unproductive lands; authorizing the deposit, appropriation, and expenditure of program funds in the demolition trust; authorizing the acceptance and deposit of $250,000 or more from the Land Bank into the General Fund for property mowing; authorizing the expenditure of $30,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the purchase of a Land Acquisition Information Network software license; waiving the competitive procurement requirements of Chapter 187 of the Toledo Municipal Code with respect to the software license; making certain findings; and declaring an emergency.
